Our builders, work and clients are completely and comprehensively insured. We are covered for up to £5 million in both public liability and products liability and in addition hold professional indemnity insurance.
What does this mean for you?
Public Liability Insurance – This protects third parties and your property in the event of an accident.
Products Liability Insurance – This means that if we choose to use a type of product on your project that fails in any way, we are insured to rectify this for you.
Professional Indemnity Insurance – This kind of cover offers confidence that the building contractors you’re commissioning are skilled and capable. If this proves not to be the case then professional indemnity insurance means that you have monetary recourse.
We treat each project as if we were working on our own home and every project we work on is backed up with a guarantee – for complete peace of mind. For you, this means a guarantee on all work for 3, 5 or 10 years, depending on your architectural plans.
We do not cut corners, nor waiver, when it comes to high quality safety equipment and time spent briefing and training. For the interests of you and our team we adhere to Construction Phase Plans, Site Safety, Risk Assessments, Health and Safety.
We work on fixed quotations and always aim to provide an itemised quotation following our first consultation. You’ll never be met with hidden charges presented half way through the project, or at project completion. We’d only ever change the quoted amount if you request additional work.
